He has been making these cells for 15 years. Same design for HHO boosting 4.0L to 7.0L engines, gas or diesel. Can also be sold as a full kit. That includes bubbling water tank, 5" hydroxy dryer and hose, clamps and PWM15. This 13 plate design has 3 power plates and 10 neutral plates.Can be set up for 24v as well.
